The air conditioning in our room was a nightmare. It was stifling hot, and the controls were confusing with no clear instructions visible. To top it off, we couldn't get a second key card, which made leaving the room unbearable. The bathroom sink was comically small, making simple tasks like washing your face a challenge. Communication with staff was frustrating as most spoke only Portuguese, complicating matters further.

I had a wonderful stay at the Flag Design Hotel. The staff were genuinely friendly, always ready to assist with my needs. Breakfast was a delightful spread of fresh fruits and pastries, which set the perfect tone for my day of exploring the city.

Pretty cool that every room has a balcony for some fresh air, although mine could've been a bit bigger. Definitely a great place to unwind after exploring!
